Some people have asked what is the key to mental clarity....or as I like to define it in simple terms as CONFIDENCE.

The answer is preparation, and this goes for just about amything...

You see, your mind is an instrument or tool and in order to tune this tool, you need to prepare.

How do I prepare?

Well, I simply take time off to RELAX.

  • Sit quietly in a room all alone and breathe deeply
  • Take time to be alone so there are no other distractions to think about
  • I know from my own personal experiences that being relaxed is a vital part of who am I and how I see my world
  • Relaxation is the key to success, in whatever area of life
  • Face it, if you're irritable, uptight and tense, your breathing is shallow and life energy is very low and powerless
  • Other people automatically sense this lower energy level and so they mirror your thoughts and feelings
  • They become tense...

If you can learn to relax and let it go without effort, others will positively respond to you in ways you can only imagine.

They will see you in a different light...

Whenever I've a really important task or event, what I've found to be totally effective is to prepare yourself the night before.

I relax and visualizes the result I wants.

Yes, I run movies in my head and then study the mental imagery or action plan to prepare my mind.
