Steps to Success...Every failure is one step closer to success...

Steps to Success

"Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity." -John F. Kennedy-

It's true!

There's no doubt whatsoever that you can accomplish anything if you put your mind into it.

Did you know you've unlimited power?

You've the power to shape your personality into someone you always wanted to be...

You've the power to shape your present therefore the future according to how you want to live...

Hi Lifestyler,

Failure isn't a such big deal, it's a guilt trip people like to explore when they don't want to win.

Let me share something with you about winning and losing because failure has more to do with not even trying.

The truth is...trying...it doesn't exist.

Trying is an illusion, you can't actually try to do something.

For example:

Try to scratch your head?

Simon says...scratch your head.

You might be sitting there with a blank look of confusion on your face?

Listen, don't worry about playing games, you either want to do it or you don't?

Let's look at the simple process of scratching your head and what's involved just to prove my point that the word 'trying' is only a word which has no power.

OR are you trying to convince yourself otherwise?

So, the missing link is in the moment you say I'll try to do something, you're actually deciding right now, whether or not you want an outcome.

You're either empowering yourself towards a result or you're limiting your choice.

When you say NO, you're closing the door on the opportunity to say YES.

That's not trying...because trying is giving up and accepting failure.

I bet you haven't thought about how powerful you can be...

Either way...trying is just an excuse for conserving energy or saving face!

Yes or No...being safe and comfortable?

Subtlety is key.

By taking control over your mind's unlimited powers, you'll be able to say yes more often.

You can easily avoid 'trying' to come up with excuses.

Instead you decide there is a solution to a problem, so you can clearly think of new ideas.

You can improve your decision-making abilities, therefore you are more confident than ever before!

On the other hand, success isn't always about being able to reach your goal, or winning.

Success really has a "floating definition" because it's meaning is always shifting according to your perception.

In general, success has more to do with standing up for who you are and what you believe in after falling and never losing hope that you'll pick yourself up and finish what you once started.

Really, there's no harm in failing.

The real harm is not believing in yourself and making you worthless and insignificant.

When you stop believing in yourself and what you can be or what you can do, then success really has no meaning or definition, because no matter what you say to yourself it's superficial.

You life is empty with thoughts such as "I'm not good enough", or "I can't really do that".

Disregard everything you know or you've read above success.

Don't worry about success until you've failed, the possibility is always there to succeed so use it to your advantage by shifting your perception...

Accepting that failure is not a problem.

People who try to do something and fail are infinitely better than those who try to do nothing and succeed.

Experiencing failure is part of learning, it's the wisdom and knowledge you gain an inevitable skill to being successful.

Every defeat is merely a stepping stone to victory.

You'll find that the number of times you succeed is in direct proportion to the number of times you fail.

So if you keep trying, what do you have as a result?

You won't be judged by the number of times you fail, but by the number of times you succeed.

Failure is nothing to be ashamed of because it's life's education, nothing but the first step to better quality of life.

You're already a success because right now you can still breath, think, and take action which means you're one step away for crossing the finish line.

The winner isn't afraid to lose.

Eliminate the words...can't and try and forget all that you know about failure for now.

Instead, always look at the probable evidence of success and then crank up your volume.
